operations with radical expressions

I have a problem with my math that calls for immediate solution. The problem is with operations with radical expressions. I have been on the look out for someone who can tutor me at once as my exam is fast approaching . But it's tough to find someone quick enough besides it being costly. Can anybody direct me? It will be a big help.
