taking anything above a square root on a ti 84

Hi dudes . I am in a real mess . I simply don’t know what to do . You know, I am having a tough time with my math and need immediate assistance with taking anything above a square root on a ti 84. Anyone you know whom I can approach with multiplying fractions, like denominators and graphing circles? I tried hard to get a tutor, but my effort was in vain. They are hard to find and also are not cheap. It’s also difficult to find someone fast enough and I have this exam coming up. Any advice on what I should do? I would very much appreciate a fast response .
