recognising numbers

recognising numbers is my worst problem. Can any one assist me understand it? I am a beginner at it. What book or other resource do you suggest for starting this subject?

I don’t think I know of any resource where you can get your solutions of recognising numbers checked within hours. There however are a couple of companies which do offer assistance, but one has to wait for at least 24 hours before getting some reply .What I know for sure is that, this program called Algebrator, that I used during my college career was really good and I was quite satisfied with it. It almost gives the type of results you need.

least common denominator, converting decimals and subtracting fractions were a nightmare for me until I found Algebrator, which is really the best algebra program that I have ever come across.
