Hi everybody I am about halfway through the semester, and getting a bit worried about my course work. I just don’t seem to grasp the stuff I am learning, especially things to do with college algebra synthetic division. Could somebody out there please enlighten me with factoring, factoring expressions and midpoint of a line. I can’t afford to hire a tutor, but if anyone knows about other ways of improving topics like sum of cubes or simplifying fractions quickly , please help me out Thanks heaps

The perspective you’ve adopted towards the college algebra synthetic division is not the a good one. I do understand that one can’t really think of something else in such a situation. Its nice that you still want to try. My key to easy problem solving is Algebrator I would advise you to give it a try at least once.

I must agree that Algebrator is a great thing and the best program of this kind you can get . I was thrilled when after weeks of anger I simply typed in geometry and that was the end of my problems with algebra . It's also so good that you can use the program for any level: I have been using it for several years now, I used it in Algebra 1 and in Pre Algebra too ! Just try it and see it for yourself!

A great piece of math software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar difficulties while solving converting fractions, converting fractions and cramer’s rule. Just by typing in the problem from homework and clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework would be ready. I have used it through several algebra classes - College Algebra, College Algebra and Algebra 1. I highly recommend the program.

Since the Algebrator is user friendly, any one can get it installed and start using it within minutes. Prior know-how is not at all essential to work with the Algebrator. Be it like denominators, point-slope or gcf, go ahead and type it in the search box that comes up as soon as you open Algebrator. This brings you a select set of links that offer all the necessary information on the topic of your choice. You can go through the links one by one and completely comprehend the basic principles of Remedial Algebra.
