Hi All, I am in need of assistance on like denominators, algebra formulas, midpoint of a line and factoring. Since I am a newbie to Algebra 2, I really want to learn the fundamentals of Remedial Algebra fully . Can anyone recommend the best place from where I can start reading the basics? I have a midterm next week.

You seem to be more horrified than confused. First you need to control your self. Do not panic. Sit back, relax and look at the books with a clear mind. Algebrator is the program that I have used through several algebra classes - Algebra 1, Intermediate algebra and College Algebra. It is a really a great piece of algebra software. I remember of going through difficulties with graphing equations, cramer’s rule and interval notation.
