hardest math

I have trouble with hardest math. I tried a lot to get someone who can help me out with this. I also looked out for a tutor to coach me and crack my problems on radicals, relations and converting fractions. Though I found some who could possibly crack my problem, I realized that I cannot pay for them. I do not have much time too. My exam is coming up shortly . I am distressed. Can somebody lend a hand with this situation? I would greatly value any help or any information.

I too have had problems in adding matrices, factoring and x-intercept. I was informed that there are a number of programs that I could try out.
