Some time ago I was in the same problem, but before you get a professor, I will like to recommend you one program that’s very good : Algebrator. I remember having often faced difficulties with factoring, radical inequalities and point-slope. A truly great piece of math program is Algebrator software. By simply typing in a problem from workbook a step by step solution would appear by a click on Solve. I have used it through many algebra classes – College Algebra, Algebra 2 and Basic Math. I greatly recommend the program.

Yeah! That's a great alternative to the pricey private tutors and pricey online coaching. The single page formula list provided there has aided me in every Algebra 1 exam that I have taken up in the past. Even if you are an intermediate in Algebra 1, the Algebrator is very useful since it offers both easy and challenging exercises and drills for practice.
